Texer Design has been a service company with a strong background in mold and mechanical design since 2004. Our staff is trained to solve most of the thermo-related issues in molding.We installed the first selective laser melting (SLM) machine in Italy in 2007.Texer Design builds and supply tool inserts with conformal cooling for plastic injection and light metal diecasting. The main benefits are the cycle time reduction and the improvement of aesthetic quality and dimensional characteristics of final products.Moreover we provide metal prototypes in a single piece or small series with the same mechanical properties of traditional process.
