UNEX is a stable, modern, and reliable supplier of castings and forgings, weldments and heavy steel structures. Our products´ lightest weight is 50 grams, the heavies, 80 tons. More than 80% of production is exported all over the world and our partners from various industries are often provided with many additonal services that save them time and money. We can provide all production processes – design and construction work, cutting and forming of materials, machine and hand moulding, die forging, welding, machining, heat treatment, non-destructive testing of materials, surface treatment, painting, completion and assembly of products. Our foundry and forging production is supported by two foundries and one forging shop located in our manufacturing plants in Unicov and Olomouc. Foundry 1- steel castings from 5 kg up to 18 tons- manganese steel castings from 5 kg up to 3.5 tons- nodular and grey iron castings from 5 kg up to 3.5 tons- semi-automatic moulding lines and hand moulding Foundry 2- nodular and grey iron castings from 0.05 kg up to 6.5 kg- automatic moulding lines The forging shop assortment includes rotating and unrotating die forgings with the weight of 2 to 25 kg.

Gieβereie 1- Gussteile aus Stahl mit einem Gewicht von 5 kg bis zu 18 t- Gussteile aus Manganstahl, Sphäroguss und Grauguss von 5 kg bis zu 3,5 t- maschinelle Formung und Handformung Gieβereie 2- Gussteile aus Sphäroguss und Grauguss von 50 g bis zu 6,5 kg- automatische Formung Schmiede- Herstellung von Gesenkschmiedeteilen aus Konstruktion-, Kohlenstoff- und legierter Stahl von 2 bis zu 25 kg.- Rotationsschmiedeteile, Nicht-Rotationsschmiedeteile
