Unistrong Industrial LTD. was founded in Taiwan, based on the idea to serve the global metal market players translating their vision into reality. We started with tooling and machinery products. Our customer base has expanded from Taiwan to China, Thailand, Indonesia, etc. Unistrong Wire Pickling Line for Carbon and Special Steel Grades Our pickling line solution is a vertically integrated service portfolio, includes mechanical and mechatronic equipment, drives, motors, automation, electrics and electronics as well as utility supplies and environmental technologies. Unistrong offers tunnel pickling line provides output of 30,000 tons per month and above. Each line is tailored to meet customers’ specific needs. The pickling line is a special design close tunnel to minimize the exhaustion of corrosive fumes and maximum isolation to outside environment, operators, result in cleaner environment, and safe working conditions. Throughout the entire tunnel, the required treatment medium and time can be controlled with automatic or manual for each type of material grades & types using our PLC-controlled system. PLC system will monitor multiple cranes to transport material automatically through necessary treatment steps through various chemical bathes. For that reason, the final surface quality is high using less chemical and fresh water consumption.
