  LAWAI has been producing stainless steel components by centrifugal casting since 1995.  And we have 14,5000 actual achievement of centrifugal casting tubes in 2010.  Today these tubes have been used in various industries in Taiwan and other foreign countries.  The fields include automotive, petrochemical, valve, steel and energy industry…etc.       In centrifugal casting process, the molten metal is poured into the rotating mold with high speeds.  After cooling, there is a continual solidification from the outer wall of the mold to inner surface.  The impurities would be driven from the front of the solidification to the inside surface by centrifugal force.  Once the slag is machined, the pure metals with the fine structures are remained.  Therefore, the products manufactured from centrifugal casting are far superior to various areas of conventional static castings.
