We're a make-to-order facility with exacting standads and diverse production capabilities.  Our process utilizes proprietary technology resulting in finished products that are superior in all ways when compared to traditional Hot Dipped Galvanized wire.  Magneto Hydro-Dynamics (MHD), the technology adopted by Specified Wire Products, is the science of utilizing magnetic fields to contain and control molten metals. This science has completely changed the way molten zinc can be applied to steel rod. The process is pollution free, energy efficient and eliminates hazardous acid wastes, while dramatically increasing the uniformity of coating thickness and production speeds.
