The current range of Products include, Austenitic, Martensitic, Ferritic, Free Machining Stainless steels, hot work tool steels in the form of Flats and straight length Black and Bright round bars for wide range of applications, free machining, cold heading and fasteners, ball manufacturing, shafts, architectural, building & construction and various industrial and engineering applications. Flat application is mainly for manufacturing of sheets & circles for wide range of products. The Flagship company of the UCM Group,Mangalam Alloys Ltd. was established in 1988 and subsequently registered as a Public Company in 1995. It has weathered tough economic tides with its mat flying high. Mangalam Alloys Ltd. , is a Stainless Steel melting unit with an installed capacity of 18000 TPA. The company is manufacturing Stainless Steel Ingots through 3MT, 2 MT & 1.5 MT furnaces, Rolling of Ingots to Stainless Steel Rounds and Flats followed by heat treatment furnaces, manufacturing of Bright Bar and a Fastener unit. The unit has melting capacity of 22000 TPA, Rolling capacity of 54000 TPA, annealing capacity of 15000 TPA & Bright Bar manufacturing capacity of 6000 TPA. The Annual turnover through these products will be INR 1000 million.
