In connection with our machine revision activities we have built up a mechanical engineering department, an electrical department and a mechanical production. We execute disassembling works of whole machinery, we do modifications, we rebuild the machines and do the complete commissioning. Our machine revision division provides for you mechaniciens, fitters or electricians for assemblies and modifications if requested. We also develop new machines and parts of it. One of our latest projects is a rewinding machine S850 and a cage stranding machine 78x700. We developed, manufactured and assembled a complete new machine which produce cables up to a diameter of 110mm. We have produced over twelve Rewinding Machines. The first machines we produced are running in shift operation in wire and cable factories troublefree since 15 years. Supported by CAD we develop and draw for you Special Machines and System Components. Our service includes also 3D-Simulations, we generate Layouts, Schemes and technical drawings as well for you.
