ENKOTEC A/S is the world’s leading supplier of machinery for the manufacture of mass-produced nails as well as customised solutions. The ENKOTEC technology is based on a unique rotary forming principle, ensuring the nail manufacturers a high, uniform quality, a high efficiency rate and an extremely high capacity. The name ENKOTEC is a play on words derived from ‘NKT technology’. ENKOTEC was founded in 1981 and was wholly or partly owned by the company NKT (Nordic Cable & Wire) until 1995/97. After this time, ENKOTEC has been partly management-owned and partly venture-owned. At its headquarter address in Denmark, ENKOTEC undertakes the development, production and sale of machines and tooling for the manufacture of nails. ENKOTEC has regional sales offices in Cleveland, Ohio and in Buenos Aires, and cooperates with local commercial agents on selected markets. ENKOTEC has customers all over the world and has made its mark as the supplier of the world’s most advanced nail manufacturing machine lines, which at the same time are more environment-friendly than other types.
