We are pleased to introduce STEELCAST LIMITED, a leading Steel & Alloy Steel foundry in India. We are one of the largest Steel foundries in India with Installed capacity of producing 30,000 Tons of steel & Alloy steel castings annually for different industrial sectors. Established in 1960, we have grown over the years to become a key supplier of castings catering to Construction, Mining, Steel & Cement Plants, and Railways etc with more than 50% of sales turnover through exports. We supply more than 97% of our production to Original Equipment Manufacturers. We are a publically held company with stocks listed on Mumbai Stock Exchange, India. We have facility to manufacture castings weighing up to 2.4 Tons piece weight with No-Bake moulding process and up to 55 Kgs. piece weight with Shell moulding process. We have a full-fledged CNC inhouse machine shop with Horizontal and vertical machining centers, turning lathe and Boring + Drilling machines to carry precision machining in house. We also have in house facilities to do all types of Non Destructive tests on castings like Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic test, Dye Penetrant test and Radiography using IR-192 & CO-60 sources. Our Management System is certified as per ISO:9001:2008, ISO:14001:2004 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007 by TUV, NORD.
