Mangala Auto Engineering Products Pvt. Ltd, established in 1994, is headquartered in the city Pune, the industrial hub of India. Our promoters are into real estate and manufacturing, and our founding vision is “To create value with customer delight as a central focus” We have plants at Pune (Maharashtra) and Pant Nagar (Uttarakhand), both certified with ISO/TS 16949:2009 (Vincotte, Belgium). We have facilities for steel forging, machining, heat treatment & Fabrication of automotive & engineering sub-assemblies. Quality assurance includes Metrology & metallurgy labs and continuous improvements through Kaizen and Poka Yoke. We have recently diversified into aluminium HPDC parts, initially starting with 2 fully automatic Die-casting machines of 480T each, electric melting and holding furnace, nitrogen degassing and comprehensive machining facilities. Testing planned includes density index meter, absorption spectrometer, X ray radiography & metallurgical microscope.
