HI-MAC has been promoted by Radhe group of Energy since 2008 with highly proficient promoters, technically competent design & engineering team devoted to the production of complete spectrum of CI & Ductile Iron Castings. Hi-Mac is Gujarat’s first foundry having FLASK LESS (horizontal parted) HIGH PRESSURE Molding line having installed capacity of 700MT/ Month which is backed up with In-house facilities such as INDUCTION MELTING (1.5T medium frequency dual track furnace from INDUCTOTHERM), EIRICH - Germany sand plant, KOYO - Japan molding line (cake size 600x500x140/200 with the capacity of 120 Molds/Hour), fully equipped CORE SHOP (Cold Box as well Shell Core), Designing (3D modeling), Development (Simulation & Pattern mfg.), Inspection & Testing (SPECTRO {Bruker-Germany}, Image Analyzer {OLYMPUS - Japan microscope}, UTM {SHIMADZU - Japan}, as well Hardness, Chemical & Sand testing), Fettling, Finishing, Coating (Priming/ Painting etc.).
