CERMESONI has been operating for more than 40 years in sheet metal work and engineering of the highest precision turning and milling, but 15 years ago it started to specialize with valve components and ball for valves. We are now highly specialized in producing Floating balls (straight way, 2 ways, 3 ways) and also Trunnion balls of any kind up to 24”, as well as valves components (stems, body, seats, flanges, closures etc) and stem balls. All our products enjoy the first class category and are manufacture in a wide range of materials including F316, A105, F51, Alloy 20, Monel 400, Monel K500, Hastelloy C276, Titanium, F55, F53, Inconel 625, Inconel 825, Inconel 718. Our products are widely applicable to the fields of water supplying, petroleum, chemical, machinery and the power industry. We are happy to meet all our customer’s requests. All products are machined on CNC lathes and mills of the highest quality. We have a wide range of machines including Mori Seiki, Mazak, Puma and many more mills, lathes and grinders. This helps us provide the best service and most competitive price. We provide balls to all major Italian valve producers and also to foreign companies in this field (in France, United Kingdom and Spain). At the moment the export percentage is 25%, but we want to expand our business abroad. CERMESONI company is situated in Besnate, few kilometres from Milano Malpensa aiport, and it is lead by the twin brothers Claudio and Roberto Cermesoni.
