Established in 1986, Pd Service is located on a plant area of 12.300 sqm. It can rely on more than 30 years of experience on surface treatments: no adhesion, anti corrosion, low friction, Eectroless Nickel, Zn-Mn Phosphate Coatings. These coatings can be applied on several types of materials: Steel, Stainless Steel, cast Iron, Brass, Aluminium alloy. Special treatments for Oil & Gas Industry: Electroless Nickel at high Phosphorous Rate, Thermosetting resin coatings with PTFE filler, Zn-Mn Phosphate as base treatment, Molybdenum Disulfide, PPG Products, TSZ and TSA, Acid Passivation, Anti-Rust lubricant Oil. In our new plants it can be handled: for Nickel and Phosphate processes up to 6-7 tons and 2400*1900*1400H mm parts; for fluorurate products processes up to 8 mt long part.  In partnership with the main worldwide manufacturers of coating products such as Whitford, DuPont, Ilag, Daikin, Solvay Solexis, International Paint, PPG and so on.
