RichardsApex, Inc., now in its fourth generation of family ownership, is celebrating its 100th Anniversary. The corporation was formed in 1997 by the merger of G. Whitfield Richards Co., founded in 1902, and Apex Alkali Products Co., founded in 1933. With the unbroken continuity of family management, we feel that we have a special perspective on what is really important when change occurs. Our belief that the tried and true values of honesty and fair dealing are as key to success today as they were 100 years ago. As time has brought about technological advancements and innovations, our commitment to our employees, customers, and partners is as strong today as ever. As to the future, we will continue our basic functions: providing superior lubricants, process coatings, and cleaners to the metalworking industries.
