Super Systems Inc. (SSi) is headquartered in Cincinatti, US. Super Systems Europe, based in the UK, is a provider and system integrator of complete process measurement, control and automation products and systems for furnaces and machinery in the heat treatment, surface engineering, and thermal processing industry.

The product range includes the world renound SSi Gold Probe oxygen/carbon sensors, 3 and 4 gas fixed and portable gas analysers, touch screen furnace controllers and instrumentation, furnace dataloggers and chart recording equipment, and innovative SCADA/HMI software, SuperDATA, designed specifically for heat treatment furnace and thermal processing facilities.

We seek to engineer solutions that comprehensively improve the efficiency, automation, quality, ease of use, and compliance (especially to NADCAP AMS2750 E, and CQI-9 pyrometry standards) of furnace (and other machinery) control systems. Our specialty processes include carburising atmosphere, nitriding, nitrocarburising, ferritic nitrocarburising, carbonitriding, sintering, annealing/vacuum treatment, and other non-heat treatment applications that measure oxygen in combustion.
